CONTEST RULES
1. This contest is sponsored by

Coast Rednecks and brought to you by Extremecoast.com. This prize giveaway
begins at 12:00am PST of 11/01/2004 and will end at 12:00am PST on 01/14/2005.
There is a limit of one internet entry per person, per valid day. All multiple
entries for that day will be disqualified. Contest is Valid to all residents
of US and outlying islands. Entrants who reside outside of North America
may be required to be responsible for shipping charges. Odds of winning depend
on number of valid submissions per person.
2. The prize distribution is as follows..
(1) First Place winner will receive a set of 8 Custom Surf Weights (ARV N/A)

Here is your chance to show your creative side in this unique video
contest. Extreme Coast International is holding the Extreme Music Video
Challenge. Submit your Music Fishing Video to be judged by thousands of EC
visitors for a chance to win an official Extreme Coast T-Shirt and Breakaway
Prize Pack. Whether Rock, Country, Instrumental, or Techno being your
style, show us your creative personality in your own video! All Video submissions
will be posted on the site for all to see and YOU the users will get to vote
on your favorite!
Entrants MUST read and agree to the Official Rules
at the bottom of Contest.

Entrants are free to use any music they see fit (original, instrumental,

Official CONTEST RULES
1. This contest is sponsored by Breakaway Tackle, ECI, and brought
to you by Extremecoast.com. This prize giveaway begins at 12:00am PST of
9/21/2004 and will end at 12:00am PST on 11/30/2004. While owners/staff of
ECI are able to submit their videos, in the event one of those
videos are picked best overall, prizes will be forfeited to the
next highest voted video. User Voting will begin on the week of Dec 7th,
2004 and end Dec 19th 2004. Winners for all categories will be announced
on Dec 21st, 2004. There is a limit of (1) one video submission per
person so make it good! Contest is Valid to all Extremecoast.com users. Entrants
who reside outside of North America may be required to be responsible for
shipping charges. Videos MUST be edited and acceptable for the viewing
of ALL AUDIENCES and only videos with Fishing related content
in a presentable, tasteful manner will be accepted. All work must be constructed
new for the contest and never previously developed for other use. Videos
will not be publically displayed until end of submission period. Prizes are
provided by Breakaway Tackle and Extremecoast.com. Final T-shirt design may
vary. CONTEST RULES MAY BE ALTERED OR OPTIMIZED AT ANY TIME.
2. Legalities/Disclaimer

IMPORTANT- While Extremecoast.com is hosting this contest
and videos, entrants agree owners or associates of extremecoast.com are not
liable for mis-used or unauthorized music in video/flash and entrants may
use ANY music in their video at their own risk being held responsible
for any legal issues that are unlikely but may develop. By submitting
videos/flash you agree to possibility of minor brief content addition (example
EC intro logo) and agree to allow general and extended public use for
extremecoast.com or related events/materials. Entrants are also in agreement
that EC may re-encode the video for optimization and for compression.
Extremecoast.com and its owners are not liable for any events or infractions
that may occur in the production of your video. Video MUST contain suitable
content for all ages.
3. General Video
INFO - ALSO IMPORTANT -
- Video time length allowed.. 1 minute minimum, 10 minute
max length (2-4 min suggested).
- There is no limit on the number of Songs you can use
or integrate in the video.
- Video Formats allowed.. Quicktime, WMV, AVI (preferred
for EC use), asf, mpg.
- Entrants MUST submit a list of music that they used in the
video, with the video.
- Content MUST primarily be fishing related.
- Extreme Coast will NOT help in constructing the video for
you, so please don't ask.
